PARPRO Technologies (PTI) located in Santa Ana, California is excited to announce the acquisition of two state-of-the-art Pemtron Saturn 3D Inline Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) Systems, adding to its already impressive line of technology equipment. This machine is known for its reliable and accurate inspection while providing a range of benefits that enhance the overall improvement of product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
The latest Pemtron Saturn 3D SPI machine employs advanced technology, delivering 3D modeling and inspection. It provides visibility of solder paste which is a critical production phase. More than 65% of assembly failures occur during this phase, however, by using a solder paste inspection machine potential failures can be avoided. The machines’ ability to detect errors early in the assembly process saves time, helping to deliver high-quality products accurately and efficiently. Other key features include:
- Superior Optical Technology: The Pemtron Saturn 3D SPI machine utilizes advanced optical technology, providing superior precision and repeatability in inspection. This machine offers a high-resolution 12-micron camera and precise lenses to examine solder paste with exceptional accuracy and speed.
- Enhanced Process Control: The machine is equipped with internally developed process control software that identifies and statistically analyzes process problems, allowing for efficient optimization of processes and improved production efficiency.
- Early Error Detection: With 3D modeling and inspection capabilities, the Pemtron Saturn 3D SPI machine can detect errors and inconsistencies early in the assembly process. This enables prompt identification, reducing the occurrence of defects and improving the overall quality of the final product.
