- Participate in both the external and internal management of business relationships to ensure that quarterly and annual goals are met in the areas of Revenue, Gross Margin, On-time Deliveries, Quality, and Inventory.

- Hold regular business reviews with internal staff as well as the customer.
- Maintain current Backlogs and Purchase Orders and participate in reporting anticipated revenues.
- Assist and Collaborate with Internal teams to improve and refine processes.
- Ability to handle customer escalations within the Program Management department.
- Provide concise reports to management on status, potential issues, risks, and solution recommendations.
- Team builder who is able to mentor and influence others for a positive outcome.
Requirements will include.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in Customer Program Management preferred.
- Previous experience working in PCBAs/Electronic Systems preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with MRP systems/organization.
- Strong Leadership skills to facilitate cross functional teams.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively communicate with all professional levels within and outside Parpro.
- Excellent organization skills and detailed oriented

This position reports to the Vice President of Quality and Technical Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining operational (manufacturing) quality procedures, supervise QC personnel and manage production related issues. May interact directly with customers and/or suppliers as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- BS degree in a technical discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum five years in Quality Assurance/Quality Control. Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and/or AS9100, latest revisions.
- Experience with SMT, manual soldering, test, and electro-mechanical assembly as well as inspection methodologies (AOI, X-Ray, Visual…). Familiar with IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, and/or J-STD-001 workmanship standards.
- Medical Device or Aerospace QA/QC experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communicator at all levels within an organization (i.e. verbal, written, presentations)
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, specifications, Bills of Materials, etc.
- Statistical Processes Control (SPC) and lean process knowledge and application.
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office suits (Word, Excel, Power Point…).
- Ability to simultaneously focus on multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understand sense of urgency and ability to respond/execute appropriately.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership role within the Engineering department to solve difficult technical challenges or problems or to bring in new technical capability
- Design and develop components and boards for commercial/industrial/military applications.
- Power Integrity and Signal integrity analysis and design for high-speed digital (DDR2, DDR3, DDR4, SERDES, PCIe, etc).
- Able to debug, test, and verify component and board designs
- Perform and document Design verification Testing (DVT), timing analysis, worst-case analysis
- Represent Engineering in technical customer discussions / meetings
- FPGA Design (HDL, synthesis, place/route, timing analysis, simulation)
Qualifications
- 10+ years relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field, Master’s degree is a plus
- Due to US export control laws, candidates must be US Citizens Permanent Residents or Green Card Holders
- Fluent in high-speed design rules for circuit boards, layout requirements, circuit board stack-up
- Strong engineering background for component and board designs
- Project planning, budgeting, technical leadership
- Experience and skills in debugging using lab equipment and other tools
- Ability to work in a team setting effectively
- Successfully problem solves and manages conflict
- Has analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills
